1. ORDERS & DELIVERY

Order Processing & Confirmation
Orders placed through FaithFireNow.com are subject to confirmation and acceptance. Once confirmed, order details such as delivery method and payment cannot be altered. Please verify all details before finalizing your order.

Delivery Time frames
We aim to ship confirmed orders within the following estimated time frames (business days only):

• USA: Within 7–10 business days

• Other Countries: 5–20 business days (depending on customs and local handling)

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us. If the delivery address is incorrect or undeliverables, FaithFire Now is not responsible for replacement or reshipment costs. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

2. DIGITAL MEDIA DOWNLOADS

Access and Expiration
Your digital download link is valid for 30 days and can be accessed multiple times for personal use.

Permitted Uses

• Store one (1) backup copy

• Print or access for personal or devotional use

• Use in worship settings with a valid CCLI license

Prohibited Uses

• Sharing or distributing files to others

• Altering, remixing, or adapting digital media

• Using our content commercially without written permission

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Physical Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. We will issue a replacement or refund where applicable.

Digital Products
We do not offer refunds on digital downloads. If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., broken link), please email us and we will provide a working link as soon as possible.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay:

• The listed price at checkout

• Any applicable shipping and handling fees

• Import duties and taxes (for international customers)

We accept secure payments via methods listed at checkout. All credit card information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store credit card information.
